The property leader "CityDev" has breakout from Inverse head and shoulder pattern.

RSI has shown a sign of rebound.
Watch closely if it breaks $4.10 with above average volume.
Although it did not form a beautify pattern, the closest pattern I choose from would be ascending triangle.
